bro, 10×2 is called ” speed work ” done by westside barbell, mainly it was done for practicing form and speed, it was also always because the first rep would be the hardest and second the easiest. altho it is same volume if u do 2×10, it is different stimulus and cause. if you do decide to read this comment, look up Dynamic Effort work by Westside/Conjugate

Yo russ he wanted you to do 10 sets of 2 so you’d hit 10 1st reps. By doing 2 sets of 10 you only hit 2 1st reps. Gotta say though, I do agree. I like this style of video man. Awesome stuff man.
