almost all of them have bad backs when they get older, this is very high
impact exercise and not a good way for the common person to train.

In some old Polish gyms still you can find 50kg Olympic plates. Even some
university gyms have them in Poland.

7:00-8:00 are absolutly insane and very dangerous exercises. remember!,
these are top level professional weightlifters that are genetic freaks AND
on tons of steroids and other drugs ( YES even back then). as someone who
is now in his mid 50’s and who has trained all my life since 16 years old
and did heavy powerlifting in my 20’s and early 30’s I can assure you that
these guys in their 40’s and beyond will have LOTS of back, spine and joint
problems due to lifting heavy. I suggest everyone train moderatly heavy and
never to the limit, always withing your limits and NEVER take steroids.

This gets weird at around the 7 minute mark and digresses from there to the
final video which is a bit baffling, watching a guy spaz out while doing
    contortions.
