well I thought that powerlifting only involved low reps,so is it sort of like the huge majority of the time it does,and just a small percentage is high reps?also,what are the high reps for?….thanks.

its confusing as to why powerlifters advise 3 or sometimes only 2 reps for strength,but quite often I see them doing 8 0r 10 reps.i don’t get it!lol
