    I appreciate the effort you’re making to give people around the world an objective view and explanation on strength training.

    Having a masters degree myself it helps and motivates a lot to know about bodybuilding rather than constantly looking for the best program. Also it’s very good that you emphasize on what science say about avoiding bad training habits that will lead to injury down the road.

    wow i can’t believe the weight that stef can lift well done girl i am deadlifting only 140 lbs which is 70 kgs i know i will improve coz i’m just starting but its still impressive to see a beautiful young lady lift that much weight and smiles about …haahahaha great stuff
