this is what happens when a retard tries to do math…Volume is quite simply total weight…reps x sets x weight

Also, what’s the weight progression to be followed?

    Is it a 3x/week program?

Is it OK to change accessory lifts between days? If not, why not?

I follow Elliot and Omur on youtube learning from there stuff. Recently I’ve been doing SL 5×5 and since I have an endurance background ( and I previously strength trained) I was looking for a little more insight into rep/set ranges for my assistance and aesthetic exercises. This did a great job of explaining it simply .

How do you do this whole workout? Are you supposed to do 4sets of the first exercise first before moving on to the next one? Or do you cycle down the list and then come back to the beginning and continue?

Hey Alan, great output, just wondering if your thoughts on training have changed in the three years since you published this and whether any of that would change what’s outlined in the video?

row and deadlift on the same day seems like a recipe for disaster. Box jumps and bounds are all crossfit garbage. No offense but this workout seems trash. Also ohp and bp ? what the fuck

i started this program about 3 months ago and it is working. Def seen some results. Unfortunately for me i dont have any free weight but i fixed that by taping two cement blocks on each side and use that for all of the exercises. Just shows that whatever u can find can be used to get u strong

Why is box jumps 4sets of 2reps? And why is bounds 6 sets of 1? What kind of difficulty is there in jumping 1 or 2 times? How is this a high intensity exercise? I don’t understand. If you’re wearing 100lb vest it makes more sense.. Am I missing something? Same with 3 sets of 3 clapping pushups.. what in the world is 3 clapping pushups? Isn’t that super easy?
