Just need to do 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats, and 10km running
every single day..

i did this type of conditioning routine and i feel explosiveness and high

Your combining way too much crap. Doing a puke workout like this will get
you good at puking. It’s like your trying to eat your appetizer, main
course, cake and coffee all at the same time.
