Where there’s a will there’s a way, when I wanted to use bands for training I went and bought bicycle tubes because I didn’t know where to get them and I trained with my friend in his damn laundry room. We both are multi time state champions and competed at the world class level successfully. You just need a little ingenuity and some trial and error. You can do all you need with very little equipment.
