Westside Barbell method training log : Dynamic effort method band bench press + upper body hypertrophy training.
The training session felt okay in general, was a little bit too hot outside again. i started off with dynamic band bench press with around 65% of my one rep max and worked through all sets and i didn’t feel as if i lost any speed through to the last sets. For assistance i did some hypertrophy work for shoulders and triceps with overhead press and reverse band close grip bench press then finished of with some dumbell rows for high reps. i also did some shoulder training too keep the shoulders healthy and for a little added hypertrophy.

5) Band face pulls
6) Front raises
7) swiss bar curls
