Dr Mannion! The Superman of physics and lifting!
Dear Mike, You are very kind but I was never very good at powerlifting (which requires real strength) and best lists ever at around 90-92 kg bodyweight were 200 kg squat, 107.5 kg bench and 230 kg deadlift and a 517.5 total. Still, I try and olympic lifting I found easier (in competition 100 kg snatch and 135 kg clean and jerk). I am off to the British Masters Olympic competition (old people) this weekend in Bristol! Best wishes David M.
very nice =D
Thats very kind of you. I will try and do some more weightlifting videos later this year ready for Nov/December to view. Next year I hope to compete in the European Masters Olympic weightlifting champs which will be held in Bangor, North Wales (June 2015).
