Yes, as it was mentioned here – using strict press vs jerking it up using
your hips and legs are completely different things and everyone knows that.
Still, many Olympic weightlifters can strict press 180kg, while here the
weightlifter guy never strict pressed anything…so this comparison video
is epic fail
