i know there are videos for this, but people (most) who watch this channel know what they’re talking about, so why do my shoulders hurt after a bench day? also, why do i go heavy with dumbbells (100s) at least that’s heavy for me, but struggle with 225?

Hey Metroflex guys very interesting. Let me see if I have it right. Is the basic idea each session to gradually increase your weight each set doing 2-3 reps per set- then at the end to rep out?
I’ve been pyramiding the weights but doing 8, 6, 4, 2. I feel those early 8 reps are taking away from the max weight of 2 at the end. Does that sound correct to you?
    Thanks!

Damn…I can see why my Bench hasn’t improved in weight at all…. I only managed to maintain the same amount of weight as I lose weight.
