That’s not powerbuilding. You’re doing powerlifting and bodybuilding on alternating days mainly, that’s all. You need to watch the elitefits interview with Justin Harris to get some idea of what it is, although it’s not written in stone.

Straight up you spitted out my training program, except i have, probably, a little less emphasis on bodybuilding, but i still do like ,at least, 4 accessory lifts.

So you power lift before your body building routine on the days that you power lift (M,W,F). That’s what I needed to know. For me it will be different because I’ve started training full body 3 days/week instead of doing splits, but I think I can make that work though. Subscribed.
