Good video but audio is terrible at times. Suggest next time you please wear mics. It’s hard to understand the one guy’s accent a little bit unless he’s very close to the camera.

It’s funny how many people can’t understand the New Zealand accent, I’m from NZ so obviously I can understand Brett no problem, but I can still understand an American/Canadian accent just as well. Good for Brett to get some more exposure.
It’s like I understand what he’s saying but when I think about it, it’s all gone.

OMG! I had to comeback to say this mobility routine (added to my normal mobility routine) feels awesome! After two weeks of feeling completely broken (I stopped deadlifting in the meantime), I hit another PR last night. It felt awesome to ATG squat after the squat mobility drill.
I hit 150 kg for 3 reps (belt on) after my average 5/3/1 workout.

Thank for the video – very informative! I am not diligent with mobility but can tell that I need to do more. Couple questions:
1) What does your complete mobility routine look like? Can you do more of this type of video showing what you do with the other items and upper body?
2) What brand of bands tension bands are those?

Oh my word! Omar this is a great video. Ever since the little band at my gym busted, I’ve been struggling on how to get the glutes isolated for big movements. The idea of getting tension then holding the band at the top is a game changer! I’m definitely glad I watched this. Thanks!
