    your strength coach should not only be fired but fucking killed .. A. get parallel or below and B. Don’t be able to control and actually SQUAT the weight before you even attempt 3-4 plates.. fucking idiots

    How many of these kids have ACL injuries? With the knees bending inward on the way up from the squat, probably half the team

    wow that’s some of the worst form I’ve ever seen. Just because you’re maxing out doesn’t mean you abandon all technique. Serious back problems, such as blowing discs will come from that.

    This vid is a bag of shit. These squats are fucking terrible technique and depth. Fucks sake your coach needs firing and all of you need to stop ego lifting. Way to ruin an awesome Pantera song

    With maybe a couple of exceptions from players who clearly already knew how to squat, these are the absolute worst barbell squats I have ever seen. Any “strength coach” who OKs these squats has either bullshitted their way into the job or is a psychopath who enjoys watching injuries. The depth is nowhere near parallel and the knee tracking is bent like bananas.
