Dan the man is a beast!
When you’re Dan you could do whatever the F you want but I’m wondering why
he flicks his head and back so rapidly almost over extending? But hey wtf
do I know… that’s Dan Green folks, even Chuck Norris answers to this guy.

Very unusual but cool set up …. You can almost see him summoning the
power of the dark hado – Can’t believe he’s warming up with 225 kg – that’s
    my 1 rep max lol

I’m no body-building pro but how come he throws his head back at the top of
each rep? it looks dangerous, but like I said, I’m no pro. if anyone knows
why he does this, please enlighten me!

Amazing technique. As it has to be, to do several sets at those weights
safely. I crap out at a bit over 500lbs, which is not even twice my
bodyweight. And that’s for one rep, not for several sets. :-)

A short guy doing sumo squats doesn’t impress. The range of motion is at a
    minimum.
