★ Blaine was the 2012 IPF Classic (Raw) World Champion and 2015 runner up
★ He is a multi-time USA Powerlifting National Champion in the Open 120+ kilogram weight class, both raw and equipped (single ply). His best competition lifts are:

Raw
Squat: 410 kg/903 lbs
Bench: 240 kg/529 lbs
Deadlift: 335 kg/737 lbs
Total: 977.5 kg/2155 lb

Equipped
Squat: 485 kg/1067 lbs
Bench: 380.5 kg/839 lbs
Deadlift: 345 kg/761 lbs

    A good video. I will be tuning in for the rest. I especially liked the advise he gave to younger lifters. Sound and solid, just like Blaine seems to be.

    Interesting video… though at the end you have a clip which is repeated 15:57 upto 17:28 is looped again at 17:29 with the line ‘Advice I could give a Younger Lifter just starting out’.

    You work a 12 hour day and then do a 4 hour workout? Wow, hats off to you, man that is intense. I tried working a 14 hour day job once, only lasted three days, too much for me. Plus the chicken shake, I get it but I would never drink it. Did you come up with that?I can’t imagine having to eat that much protein. Great video, thanks.
