Great video! Could you do an interview with just your brother for another vid?
I’m glad this program works for you, I live in Canada but have found in all strength sports the Europeans approach makes sense because by practicing the lifts over and over again you can dominate the technical aspects of weightlifting and powerlifting. The only issue I see with the 80/20 is no overhead press for assistence, flexability, and balance, Wouldn’t you peak eventually and have to Overhead press?
