410lbs X 10 Squat PR + Dunk By 5’7′ Powerlifter (Athletic Aesthetic)

I set the squat rack pins too high, so that is why I could not squat ATG for all of the reps. It was very hard to crank out the 10 reps I needed to set a PR. As far as the dunking, I should be able to jump higher on a real basketball court so I’l get better footage of that sometime fairly soon.

So, would you say I should switch to high bar squat if I want to get past only touching the rim? I feel like if I do that I could get the hop to over the rim lol
