I bought your power lifting program. You never say exactly how to use the Amrap’s and the infinite off-season to autoregulate it. So, how do I do that?

Yo Mike, I’m a dumb f*ck – doing the free 6 week bench peaking program right now, if i see big bench gains the first time doing it, can i continuously repeat this program or is it a one-off peaking program?

I agree Mike I think this is some of the best content you have had in a while. Kind of eye opening to see something new instead of the normal bench, squat, dead, stuff that we are so used to seeing. Keep it up my dude!

Have you considered added .5 inch of heel height to your shoes? It may alleviate some of the upper thoracic mobility issues.

Actually looking alright, which is pretty impressive for such a short time!

I really like how your coach is setting up the training. Very methodical, one step at a time, no rush. Learning to walk before running, that’s a smart way to go about it in the long run.

Also the session itself seemed very streamlined. Kudos.

olympic weightlifting is just simply much more impressive in my opinion. the technique is MUCH harder and the level of flexibility and athleticism required is just much higher.

This gym has got to be the most awesome place on earth. Moving heavy ass weights and then the trainer with a doom metal shirt on in every video. Also, the cabs and drum set in the background= everything is HEAVY af in there
