My Transformation – Fat Powerlifter To Aesthetic Strength – Training Program | BeerBiceps

In today’s super special video, I’m taking you over my transformation from fat to fit. I’ve spoken about how I used to be super chubby. But I was chubby even after I started lifting weights. After I took up weight training, i got into hardcore powerlifting. A part of being a powerlifter is getting chubby. This is how I went from being a chubby powerlifter to being an aesthetic strong guy. In today’s video, I won’t talk much about my diet. I followed a similar protocol to the BBSummer diet.
Today’s video is more about the training split I followed. The transformation training split is what I want you guys to take away from THIS fat to fit transformation. Hope you guys like the video! This is the BeerBiceps training split for mass! How I went from powerlifter to “power bodybuilder”

I can’t tell you lift weights.
and your lifts sucked balls when you were a 90 kg lifter.
    140/110/190 is terrible.
maybe strong in india but not anywhere else.
you do not need to be fat to be strong.
