    Man that was a really good video! But do you often do athletic exercises, and if somebody is on a cut, should he does the same type of training (powerlifting and bodybuilding)? Thanks a lot for your daily videos, really enjoy it!

    I play football and Track & Field and I am around 235 6’0, I really like your training because I want to lose weight and get more lean but also want to get really stronger for my athletics

    That’s not powerbuilding. You’re doing powerlifting and bodybuilding on alternating days mainly, that’s all. You need to watch the elitefits interview with Justin Harris to get some idea of what it is, although it’s not written in stone.

    So you power lift before your body building routine on the days that you power lift (M,W,F). That’s what I needed to know. For me it will be different because I’ve started training full body 3 days/week instead of doing splits, but I think I can make that work though. Subscribed.
