    tried today for the first time ever trying to do cross fit at all it was
    more efective than what I usually do I am gonna keep doing this until I
    lose another 40 pounds thanks for posting

    I’m in good shape and workout regularly, and I’ve observed that CrossFit
    seems to develop more bulky, or compact muscle, rather than long, lean
    muscle… More like a gymnast, less like a swimmer. Can any one with
    experience comment on that?
