+OmarIsuf I really want to get into weightlifting, and I have the gym to do
it (on my college campus). However, I just don’t know where to start: I
don’t know how to do the lifts properly, and i don’t know anything about
weightlifting programming, and how would I include my strength or
hypertrophy training into that programming? Thanks man, really appreciate
    these videos!

I’m a 25 year old from Brazil. have been lifting very badly all my life and
just started from the basics, Starting strength. my goal is to get my
numbers up and eventually trying to disseminate the sport of strongman here
in Brazil. Its not well known and there are no gyms, implements or
competitions but I really love it and want to make some progress into it…

I’m 20 with about a year of powerlifting under my belt (pun intended). I
have a 1205 pound total at 205lbs, my lifetime goal is 2000 pound total at
    a (decently) lean 235lbs. also, I have a lifetime goal of having a 6-pack.
and if I had the luscious hair gains of King Surfclam I would be truly
    honored.

I am 30 and I prefer Olympic weightlifting. I want to continue to improve
my technique and increase the weight on the bar. I also more recently
started to get some aesthetic goals

years are to mostly lose my love handles, OHP my bodyweight, Squat my
bodyweight x 1.5 and deadlift my bodyweight x2. Current weight around
    100Kg.

I am combining powerlifting exercises (Squats, bench press, overhead press,
deadlift, barbell row) high weight, low reps and ending with some
bodybuilding exercises low weights, high reps with dumbbells and machines.

    I’m 19, and I think in 5-10 years I’ll be 210 with ~10% body fat. I want to
be able to lift heavier than I could yesterday.

lift, but all together is a bitch. At least for me tho, if u can handle it

21 been lifting for 3 to 4 years, started this life to slay pun. Then I
realised women don’t even find body building attractive cause they overdo
it. By the time you’re competing only other dudes care. Now powerlifting
    and olympic lifting are goals

at age 34, I’m inclined to switch to full olympic lifting training mode.
Trying to increase my strength and keep a small body weight as possible.
being big is for young guys, i just want my old joints suffer less and have
a good mobility. prepare to get old now….

I’m 17 and 80 kg (176 lbs). Just got into Olympic weightlifting, and
lifting in general about a year ago. Bench: 80kg (176 lbs) Squat: 120 kg
(265 lbs) Deadlift: 140 kg (308 lbs) Snatch: 65 kg (143 lbs) Clean and
Jerk: 85 kg (187 lbs). The bench is weak because you really never train it
in olympic lifting. In 10 years I would like to be in good shape and
continue to improve on my own lifts, even if they are not the best.
