    good video. i like how you are able to squeese your elbows real close to you body and maintain elbows vertical. only way for me to keep elbows down is spread them out and almost touching the plates

    I agree with all your steps except for going down slow and do pause squats reps ass to grass. Isnt that ok for muscle development?

    Hey, I have a doubt regarding unracking the bar. I notice that when I go heavier, squeezing my quads to unrack requires a good deal of effort. Could you suggest a more efficient way of unracking the bar so that I can focus more on the squat itself? Thanks
