    I would really love to learn powerlifting this increases punching power not
    bodybuilding that’s why these guys are very intimidating because they have
    strength and stamina

    Is it ever “too late” to powerlift for women? Like I read somewhere that
    being young when deadlifting helps your body to naturally release certain
    hormones more….or something like that. How true is this?
