Training under the best strength coach in the world, this was the hardest training session I’ve ever done and I didn’t even film all of it.

    pullups for sets of 10 after deadlifts ,partial deadlifts , speed deadlifts , shrugs , rows are more impressive than 725 x2 wtf , were you always good at pullups ?
