Training looks great Josh, excellent form and intensity. Although you’re videos can be sporadic due to school, you don’t just upload poor videos to keep subscribers entertained.
Uk orthopaedic surgeon checking in. Great to find doctors into powerlifting. I wish I had done powerlifting during university when I wasted time with muscle mag workouts. Only got into powerlifting 8 months ago. Hard to fit it in. How long are your workouts? I guess you train 3 times per week minimum?
As you mention, you can’t sit back into your squats or you bend over too much and thats because of WL shoes. Wide stance, toes not too pointed outward are better with flat sole for sitting back and utilizing the hips. Ideal for box squatting. WL shoes favor a more toes out, knees forward, descend-straight-down style of squat
Uk doctor checking in . Liking other medics into powerlifting

What weight are you working at for squats/deadlifts?

Great to see you are able to fit that in. And here I am thinking that I can get somewhere with 45-60 min 3-4 times per week! Keep up the good work
