Monday: Squat
Wednesday: Bench Press
Thursday: Deadlift
Saturday: Overhead Press

    i dont do calve raises at all, yet i have huge calves and i think its because i walk EVERYWHERE and the town i live in has an absolute fuck ton of hills. also being a bit heavy is good for making them work harder.

    Dumb question but you work up to 90% of your max for
    One double? I do like 4 sets of 3 at 90% lol.

    I agree though, volume is key to strength
