    There must be a thick black line across that dude’s chest, from the amount of times he’s slammed loaded barbells against it. Not a single rep counted, in any federation on earth. Not a single negative rep was done either, so half the muscle/strength gains that could’ve been made that day, weren’t.
    Leave your egos at the door when you enter a gym. Don’t be like this guy.

    Tell bigboy to do more pause presses, bouncing the weight off his sternum is disgusting.
    Instead of unracking the bar, then lowering it, then pressing it, lower the bar to the sternum, hold it for 3 seconds, then press as fast and as hard as you can.
