You include your bodybuilding win on the end of all your videos…so it was obviously a tremendous achievement for you, something you are very proud of…but, are you done with bodybuilding “competitively” speaking, or will there be more competitions in your future?

Are you going to compete again in bodybuilding or physique?

I understand that you are making progress but you would better progress if you used smolov squat and bench.

“All I do is I lift more weight, drop the reps
And then at the meet, I max out and hope for the best
And this has worked really well for me guys, I’ve progressed..”

the way you allow the bar to sink into your abdomen so you can get a bounce boost is going to end up killing you like it did to that Russian.

when we start a exercise..should we go from lower weights to heavy weights then go to lower again and finish for that exercise. for eg, benchpress. i do for sets of 8 reps for 20kg then add another 20kg and do 4 sets of 6 reps which is the heaviest at that moment that i can lift and then after that i take out the 20kg i added and do 2 sets of 10reps again and done for that benchpress.. is that correct or any suggestion?
