    Nice to see a powerlifter on the channel! Would be cool if you guys could get some of the top strength athletes on here to talk about there gear cycles and see what they are running compared to bodybuilders.

    Nicely done interview. Got some good info. I always wondered why I liked doing low bar squats, even thought I have a short torso and long legs. My reps were 2 to 8 for most workouts, 5/3/1 for others. I always felt stronger, now I know.

    Ofc it takes genetics, everything do. They just feel small and weak and say everybody could do it because they dont feel special them self. A guy with genetic weak back, kness, joints whatever could never do it for instance.
