And I don’t even consider Stan as bodybuilder, he was once in IFBB, but he was involved in powerlifting business so much, so John will be the strongest bodybuilder for deadlifting for sure!

What will he open at how is this strategy for tourts? will he open at like 780 to get a number up and then attempt around 820 then try his biggest lift? I think he mentioned going for 855 for a record then someon said the 242 record is 887 so maybe open at 820 I am unsure of the strategy involved

I never did a powerlifting meet I am thinking of competiting next year in DL before I turn 30 in a RAW drug testing meets.

whats crazy is a few months back heard him talking bout never using chains or bands just heavy liftint to prep for a meet, it was on a radio show with Dave Polumbo I feel if he does 1 or 2 meets a year with this type of training the results could be rediculous…No Power lifting gym in my town thinking bout buying some chains for myself, they got a block and I been doing my block deadlifts and in 2 weeks got my DL from 505 – 520 trying to get it back near 600 pre back injury 3 years ago
