    Max, what is your advice on squats? I want to hit the 3 plate club (315) right now I can do 225 for around 6-8 reps 3-4 pause squats(working sets). I’ve never really tried to test my max squat yet, but I just want to improve my squat to the 315. I also love to do more pause squats than regular squats. Do you suggest to just keep adding weight little by little? Thank you.
