I love your videos and especially your words of wisdom and passion for working out.

But don’t do a stupid fast cut and loose all the muscle and strength that you have been gathered the last months. That is a pure waste of time.

I just love the beast determination. I get angry when I don’t finish a rep, but that means you putting that effort in, and don’t have to be too disappointed about it.

shit man don’t give up bro, but in my opinion i think that was too many big compound movements one after another especially when cutting, you felt like passing out because your central nervous system was getting overloaded, i had a similar thing happen to me and i was PISSED

your squats and deadlifts are weak compare to your bench you have push harder on squat and deadlift

there are 3 powerlifting exercises and to be a powerlifter you have to compete. your squats are not deep enough to be considered squats

seem like a nice guy though

Try to slipt your workouts in a few days like: lower body / upper body or legs/ chest-tri / shouler / Back. I did that and i started to get a lot stronger. And of course, i raised my calories a lot, if you dont mind on dont being lean, i recommend you raise your calories, it does help a lot. Good work! And keep going!
