    great video, dude. I honestly never found a reason to do sumo as my conventional technique is fine, but I wouldn’t mind giving sumo a shot also. I always assumed that it was just a powerlifting adaptation to minimize range of motion, this allowing more weight. But, I’m totally game for new insight. I’ll be honest though, I always thought that sumo deadlifting looked mildly retarded, in my personal opinion. Plus, all the dudes at my gym who sumo deadlift are meatheads who just come in, do two sets of sumo deadlifts, then just leave, bar and plates just there on the ground. lol
