Questions for Jeremy: how to build up an insane speed like you on the deadlift? What are the steps for an optimal bench press set up? What would be your top 3 advices to gain strenght as fast as possible? Much support from France!

    Some questions for Jeremy:
-How important is nutrition for him? I mean, does he tracks macros or just like eat at a random surplus?
-Has he used steroids in some part of his life?
-How does he plans his workouts?

Thanks in advance Omar! And keep more good videos coming man!

Why don’t he lock out on the ohp, when he uses the high rep range like 10 reps. Explain this style of doing ohp if you choose this question! PEACE 🙂

You get calves like that by having good genetics and walking around with a certain bodyweight, not by squatting x amount of weight low reps.

I have followed Jeremy throughout his career and he is the real deal.  At his weight and bone structure no one except for Effering, Lilliebridge and Green can be compared and he is lighter with less exposure to the elite gyms.  This guy is a freak.Major respect for this guy. I am a huge fan but I quit competing over 20 years ago. I have elite gym lifts (I know so what?) in gear and raw.  He is truly on another level of elite. Wait and see what this guy can do.  He never stops improving.  I guarantee this guy will go down in history as one of the greats.
