careful, powerlifting when ur 16. Make sure ur done growing before attempting big weights, it will stunt ur growth.

Rob’s very explosive at the bottom of his bench but struggled to lock out, his squat was just about parrallel, he’s still a fucking beast though, I couldn’t do it.

I consider myself a soon-to-be-bodybuilder. And I would never do powerlifting. But this shit exites me! Everytime I see one of these dudes lifting my heart beats faster and I’m thinking “Man, if this dudes does ONE thing wrong he’s gonna fucking die”. Thumbs up to all powerliftes, you are a by far the most badass motherfuckers in the gym!

Neither is a negative comment without your video accomplishing the same lift.

I’m an amateur PL (Raw/natural). Want to try gear. At what point should I? My best lifts are: 405 SQ & DL / 300 bench. I feel stuck.

Look like a great gym and an awesome group of lifters to lift with. I’m just confused on how those pulldowns got into the video 🙂

Alan looks a little bit like mini-Malanichev from the angle at 00:28 to 00:40!! Great lifting!
