    Chris Duffin deadlifts 900 fucking lbs and this video is about developing
    strength, not for fucking having a nice butt so you can attract a nice

    First time viewer opinion. ..I’m shocked at how many views and followers of
    this channel. I couldn’t take this guy seriously after the opening
    rant/justification speech. Seriously do some cardio and or clean up your
    diet everything about your presentation is shameful.

    You are completely wrong on the hip thrusting. Your angle is wrong and you
    most certainly can lock out. YOUR shoulders are way too high and you are
    using too much back. YOU simply have no idea what you are talking about.

    guys , great tips, but consider that these work only in a) empty gyms, or
    b) proper strength training gyms. Anything that requires you to use two
    benches, 3 kettlebells, concoct a hook for resistance bands etc in a
    commercial gyms will only earn you voodoo dolls.
