    Hate gym’s where you have dip machines and shit, Just do a bloody weighted
    dip or something. I say if you can’t do the body weight exercise don’t do
    the machine until you can do the body weight exercise.
    I don’t do Bicep curls unless I can do a pull-up.

    i don’t see how sumo is allowed in powerlifting competitions. It changes
    the movement way too much

    major signs that someone is on steroids btw
