I recommend single prong level belts, either 10mm or 13mm depending on your preference.

Thought I saw some York plates. York Barbell is weightlifting and powerlifting’s best kept secret (who gives a shit about bodybuilders?). American made, high quality, reasonably priced…need I say more? Been using them since the early 1990’s and preparing to buy more.

Do you find that the SBD wrist wraps dig in to the backs of your hands? Especially on bench press

Hey Jonnie. Why is it you seem to always have Texas belts instead of Inzer, Pioneer ect… Was looking at getting a longhorn but not sure how stiff those are compared to Imzer. I’ve heard mixed things

    Hi J.!
can you please tell should I buy stiff or flexible sbd wrist wraps- what are one and the another for? I like stiff hod when doing powerlifting style back squat- but i`m afraid if they are to stiff my hand will not go/lean back at all

I knew you were a squat guy just by looking at your body.
    I’m a bench press guy.

Legs, hips and glutes – just huge/thick compared to upper body. No kidding he can squat and deadlift so much.
