    love this!! definitely rewatching before my next chest day. Definitely agree with the fact that not everyone feels the muscle contractions with the same exact motion. Thanks for the motivation beautiful!

    Recent subscriber – went back and watched some of your old vids. You’re totally gorgeous back when you competed, but you look so much happier and healthier now! I hope this powerlifting career works out for you, you’re totally inspirational! How long is this building phase for you? And do you have set macros for muscle gain now, or just ‘get swole’? xx

    When I got back in to benching after a long hiatus I was only using the bar and it felt fine. Later that night at like 1 am all of a sudden my front delt started hurting SO MUCH and it hurt for like a week with really bad pain and now its just really sore. Have you heard of anything like this, any kind of delayed injury? thanks!
