When I got back in to benching after a long hiatus I was only using the bar and it felt fine. Later that night at like 1 am all of a sudden my front delt started hurting SO MUCH and it hurt for like a week with really bad pain and now its just really sore. Have you heard of anything like this, any kind of delayed injury? thanks!
