LOL that fly! I hate when that randomly happens, they’ll stick around your for a solid minute. Thank god it’s never happened during a set though, I’d lose my shit on that fly. Also, second time I see that segment where someone comes up to you and you write some bs, hahahaha those are great.

did both candito (a pretty long while ago) and tsa (2 months ago). candito was magic for my skwaats and deads (7.5kg rep prs) but did barely anything for bench while tsa did magic for bench (7.5kg 1rm pr) while skwaats and deads were ok-ish. if only there was a way to merge them. do u miss bench reps on your bench days for tsa??
also, just got on to 531. on my second cycle now. really suits a busy lifestyle especially since im in the army.

Have you ever tried smolov jr for bench or squat?
