    World record in the 63kg class is 184 kg by Gunda Fiona von Bachhaus from Germany. And she is good looking too.

    If you guys look at the plates she was benching she was really only benching 2 25 pound weights and a 5 pound plate on each side that’s not even close to 315lbs. No woman could ever bench no more than 200

    I don’t know about a world record I just watched a video of a woman by the name of Rebecca Swanson bench 551lbs at a powerlifting meet.

    I bench 315 for 4 reps but weigh 200lbs…so depressing. I’m not a powerlifter just like lifting as part of my workout regiment.
