You train depending on the sport you are involved in. People say” romano is
stronger. not necessarily. for instance, you are a runner and you train for
long distance. if you went up against a sprinter for a 3 mile run then most
likely the long distance runner would win, but if the long distance runner
challenged the sprinter to a 800 meter run for instance the sprinter would
win. The strenght of a person is determined to the sport or activity that
he is involved in. This comparison means nothing..
So in reality comparasing to different training methods would be
impossible. unless they both train for the same sport or activity..I hope i
made since..

and embarrassing myself on the bench.

This is the 3rd video calisthenics guy has on strength wars and he has lost
every time and not even by a little bit. I’m sure calisthenics have their
merit but these dude needs to quit.

they use only arm power
from what I’m seeing by watching these few episodes that I watched is that
calisthenics dudes swear they be more stronger because they’re more
acrobatics but momentum doesn’t help with pure amounts of superior weight
on you. body builders are under estimated just because they focus more the
size they gain. but from research they push crazy weights and due reps out
the ass. strongmen aka powerlifters(don’t really know if they in the same
category or not) but as far as I know they just focus on getting the
heaviest they can up in one go which I believe they’re overestimated
because they don’t focus on stamina
powerlifting consits in what exactly ? what are its exercices ?
