If you really want to build lean muscle, make sure you take a look on Google for “Aston Muscle Ripper”. You are certainly end up getting the muscles you want.

I’m very grateful for your vids mate. This one has really helped me appreciate the layout and organisation of a routine i’m using. It covers elements that you are discussing and i understand why now. Thank you very much for your time. The routine i am using is purely body weight exercises, and is designed for even a relative idiot noob like myself could follow. You make me appreciate what i’m doing more. Anyway thanks for your work champ. I wanna be like you when i grow up.

Elliott is a totally different person here. He is not grounded, like he is now.
