Some people here, it seems like they do not know the idea of what crossfit
is. it is to move weight for time and distance. form is important in all
the moves, as for the pull ups, they are called kipping pull-ups, all
though exaggerated. how do you think all crossfiters can do 20-40 pull ups
in a row. just like powerlifting, olympic lifts, bodybuilding, ect…. they
all have a different style and set up……Dont be stubborn try it, i bet
all you “lifters” will fail at one workout.
All of these things he is doing way too fast and without any kind of
control. That is so bad for your back and hips. Plus the best part of this
work out, the pull ups, he doesn’t even do properly. Continue to work out
like this and you will regret it.
This is everything wrong with fad fitness rolled up in a neat 6 minute
package.
The only objective to doing this type of “exercise” and i use that word
very loosely, is to be good at crossfit.
however for health, longevity and aesthetics you maybe as well book your
knee replacement and shoulder surgery now.

I’d try this for the first time yesterday (7/30/16) with 65 pounds and
changed pull up to push up (coz my pull up is sucks). DANGG!! its killing
me!
