Hi my name is George Leeman, and I want to invite you to work together towards your fitness goals! I am currently the raw American deadlift record holder, and have over a decade in training experience with a resume of having successfully worked with over one thousand people from all over the world, varying from housewives to world class strength athletes, specializing in physique transformations, bodybuilding, powerlifting, and sports specific strength training.
I work as an online coach because I believe people should have access to all the help they need for more like per month instead of per hour from inexperienced personal trainers who are more interested in you becoming reliant on them than they are invested in your personal success as a person. With online coaching I will personally work with you on your training and diet, as well as offer advice on drug use, mobility, form, supplements, injury prevention and rehabilitation.
I developed my online coaching system so that I could reach out to as many people as possible and give people as much help as possible, for a price that would make it so that I could work with everyone who
wanted my help.
Sign up today and let me show you why my clients have sworn off their old beginner programs for good!

Chicken Dinner
Which of these are good for the lower abs? My obliques are almost pulling my waist apart, but my lower abs are lacking.
finally! Always wanted to know powerlifting ab routine 🙂 cheers 🙂
how much was the bracelet
George what do you recommend for bodybuilding?
is lower volume mre effective more higher deadlifts and squats
Lol too swole, can’t fit in the leg raise. Imagine young George sitting in the desks at school. it sick
So weird seeing you in those flip flops 😀 I’ll definitely try these exercises.
Ah nice. Some of these are new to me, and I really need to work abs more then I am currently. Thx for the tips.
that dumbell looks so small in his hands lol
good stuff
Finally, thank you bb!
“I’m gonna use this thing, I don’t exactly fit in it” hahahahahah
Ab training is dangerously close to cardio in my mind lolol
first one… the fuck?
I dont know if i missed in the video but how many times a week is this routine recommended?
Great video, nice to see some powerlifting specific exercises. How often do you do this workout?
How often would you say I should train abs?
how often do you workout your core?
After the intro and previous vids expected ab training to be more dynamic and extreme. Looked almost civilised. I’ll have to tone down my weighted ab routine lol
+George Leeman Hey, wouldn’t it be better for your lower back to do the third exercise on the ground?
What do you think of weighted planks? Before I deadlift I always plank as a warmup because I feel it helps warm up my core and keep my back straight
Great video George!
a bench for your abs!? count me in 😀
the 2 bench ab trainings look interesting will give it a shot
great insight
Good video as always man keep up the good work. Love the contrast between happy George at the end of the video and your outro lol.
Into music please? 😀
