Yes I agree cant even believe it. you can make your workout sessions much more productive if your eating the right foods to avoid fat and belly. Between in a best female model 2012 exclusive interview she had mentioned about her strong abs with this 7 food items. i found it here bit.ly/166EEna?=dqfyw

Hey there, have you tried “MuscLeader” (look on Google)? There you can watch a good free video featuring the best way to start building noteworthy lean muscle easily whilst eliminating fat at the same time. Chris and plenty other guys had good results utilizing this method. Perhaps it will help you too.

Hello everyone. Awesome vid. My older brother used to be a fatty. He went from 285lbs of fat into 204 lbs of total muscle. I couldn’t believe it! I just signed up personally as I wanna beef up. He made use of the Muscle Building Bible (Look in Google)…

They laughed when I told them I was going to get ripped with MAD Muscle Ripper, but then I showed them the results. Google MAD Muscle Ripper to see their reaction. (You should see their shock!)

Stopped watching this crap halfway through – half reps, too much weight, obscenely sloppy form.  If it wasn’t for the truckload of juice these guys are obviously on they wouldn’t be making any gains.  It seems once a lifter starts taking steroids he ceases to learn how to train and just relies on the chemicals.

Johnnie normally is strong on deadlifts but 455? And it did not look easy for him. I have seen him do over 750 for a double and it looked better than this. The glute ham raises were pretty ugly too for a powerlifter. He and branch have great physiques so whatever they do obviously works but there is a difference between loose form to lift big weights and sloppy technique. The loads were nothing compared to what I have seen them do in other videos and the form was too loose.

Lots of power lifters do lat pull downs typically as a warm up. Watch Stan Efferding, Ed Coan, Bill Kazmaier and then tell me how powerlifters do not do them. You are not a powerlifter so stop speaking in absolutes like “never” because all you have to do is look up some training videos to prove that you are wrong.

I also did not realize that powerlifters only do bench, squat and dead lifts for sets of 3 or less. Where do you experts get this information. Any powerlifting routine whether it’s Westside’s conjugated periodization ( where most of the heavy work is not performed on the 3 competitive lifts), 5/3/1 where each workout revolves around the bench, squat, dead lift and military press plus various assistance work such as pull, ups, good mornings, dips, leg curls, leg presses, dumbbell work, lateral raises and basically those exercises that help to bring up weak muscle groups that hold a lifter back on the competitive lifts. Various rep schemes are used such as 5s, 3s and 1s plus max reps to failure once in a while plus sets in the typical bodybuilding range of 8-12 and higher. All powerlifting routines with minor exceptions have trainees perform the competitive lifts for practice and to identify weaknesses in the range of motion that indicate weaknesses in certain muscle groups. It is then up to you (the lifter) or your coach to find the right assistance exercises that help you remedy weak muscles through trial and error. All this information is available online if you would take the time to educate yourself rather than spew misinformation that the young and impressionable will accept as fact. When posting try to be responsible and only discuss what you have confirmed via thorough research.
