why squat shoes on low bar but flat shoes on high bar?
I’m 15 first time deadlifting was last week, and I hit 345 at 180, this guy Jeremy is a tank.
I thought i was the shit when I pulled 355lbs my first time at 170lbs bodyweight. 405lbs at 160lbs is insane.
Does Jeremy work or is he just a power lifter?
