    Dang that’s a clever cat, how on earth did you teach her to say bye?! ahahah! Love the video, and YES for the 10k challenge with your dad! Also how on earth do you afford these muscle food deliveries?! Obviously you don’t get them every week but how much do you normally spend on one/how often? xxx

    When you did your PT course, did it not say the way to block your training like SBS says? And do you do full body each time you work out?

    You’re really strong Lauren compared to your body weight! If your sets of 5 are 67.5kg your max is what 90ish?x

    I got the same lean meat hamper and so far really impressed with the taste and quality of the products..loved lean steak burgers and having the chilli chicken ones tonight. Have you tried the Dr Zac’s salted caramel protein peanut butter? It’s gawj! ( in #cakeyoats !!
